1.Education: Masters’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related fields.

2.Experiencr: At least 8-10 years of experiences in material planning, engineering, or fleet planning position in airlines, MRO(Maintenance, Rapair, and Overhaul) compaines, or aircraft manufacturer customer service departments. International Experience Experience in material planning departments of leading international airlines or global material distributors(e.g,,AAR, AJW) New Aircraft Type Experience: Experience participating in initial material planning projects for new aircraft types and familiarity with building support systems from scratch. System Experience: Experience in implementing or deeply using mainstream materials management system. Chinese Language Proficiency: Basic or fluent Chinese communication skills are a significant advantage, though not a requirement. Leadership Experience: Experience leading small expert teams or complex projects.

3.Professional Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in aircraft maintenance theory and practice (e.g., A-checks, C-checks), and familiarity with ATA chapters. A deep understanding of material classification, repair processes, and pool management. Familiarity with aviation regulatory requirements for material management. Data Analysis and Modeling Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, with expertise in at least one data analysis tool (e.g., SQL, R, Python, SAS) or professional materials optimization software. System Engineering Thinking: Ability to translate complex operational and technical issues into quantifiable planning models. English Proficiency: Ability to use Enlish as a working language, with proficiency in reading technical documents, conducting cross-national meetings and written communication.

4.Soft Skills: (1) Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to extract key insights from data and identify underlying issues. (2) Communication and Influence: Ability to explain complex technial solutions to non-technial colleagues(e.g., procurement, finance) and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
